Custom order means that the bed skirt is made to your specifications. (size, fabric, color, print, style, etc) These are not ready made or off the shelf products. **Custom Order item(s) are not returnable nor refundable. Should an issue arise with your custom order you must phone us immediately upon receiving. We will be happy to assist you in resolving any order issues you may have.
