This simply means that the transporter will get as close to your door as safely and legally as possible. Many cities and towns have restrictions against large vehicles entering residential areas. If you live in an area with narrow streets, tight turns, over-hanging trees or other obstacles that would prohibit a large transporter from entering your neighborhood, arrangements will need to be made to meet the transporter in the closest, safest place, i.e., a large parking lot of a grocery store, etc.
