What Is Light Diffusion?

“Hi, I’m Rebecca Guenther with www.m5a1photography.com and I’m going to talk to you about what is lighting diffusion. Lighting diffusion is when you have a light and you diffuse it by putting a translucent piece of fabric in front of it such as this example right here. The white fabric is somewhat see-through and it makes it possible for the light to shine through it and it will come out softer. This way it’s not a harsh light with a harsh shadow. It’s going to surround the subject and make the shadows less harsh.
