The reason should be clear from the preceding discussion: ex-stock goods must usually move quickly and the payment/delivery issues usually cannot be worked out that fast Once again, the objective should be to find a long-term partner who can move ex-stock goods on an on-going basis, rather to look for a buyer when all of sudden ex-stock goods are available.
