Owners establish their rental prices and that is the fee charged to the customer renting a unit, plus a 6% service fee that covers all of Resort Gems’s processing including credit card fees. Resort Gems charges the owner a fee of 15% of the rental price (minimum of $75) if and when a rental transaction is completed using the service. This covers all logistics involved with the renting of timeshares. There are no other additional charges.
