What is Safe hands?
Safe hands is a programme that has been developed to support first aiders trained by the Red Cross Commercial Training division. This stand-alone web community has been especially designed for our course attendees to help them maintain their skills and confidence in delivering first aid.Safe hands is an extensive information resource that includes first aid scenarios, first aid techniques, video clips, a discussion forum and online advice from our first aid experts.
