Protein A specifically binds to most IgG’s with high affinity, but the highly efficient wash step eliminates all of the non specific binding during the purification process. Refer to the Protein A Affinity information sheet for a reference table of antibody affinities.

Much of my fusion protein flows through the amylose column. Is there anything I can do to improve my fusion’s affinity for the amylose column?
