What is the cancellation policy for onsite events?

If you cancel your registration 10 or more business days before the scheduled event start date, or if you reschedule the same private/onsite training course on a different date, you will not be charged. If you do not show up for the event, or if you cancel on the day of the event, you will be charged one hundred (100) percent of the event fee. This charge covers everything, including related fees.
