The company never lists a seller’s property and thus never has a seller as a client.” Don’t get fooled by traditional Realtors who claim they can be your “exclusive” buyer agents when they – and their company – have listings of homes to “sell” you. Big Hill, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Irongate – they don’t have it. Neither does Keller Williams, Prudential, Real Living, Re/Max, or Sibcy Cline.
