What is the difference between an enduring Power of Attorney and a Representation Agreement?
The most important difference is that an enduring power of attorney gives legal and financial powers, but it does NOT cover health care or personal care decisions. Representation agreements are more complete and more flexible than enduring powers of attorney (for instance, they allow Alternate Representatives and Monitors). They also have more safeguards.
