What is the EP Wahl Centre at Taylor?
The EP Wahl Centre at Taylor is a new initiative announced by the Board of Trustees and named in honour of the founder and first president of Christian Training Institute (now known as Taylor). The EP Wahl Centre at Taylor will function as “a CTI for the 21st Century,” offering seminars, training and other educational experiences that will strengthen the Christian community. Events are already scheduled for early this year to support children’s ministries and youth ministry, as well as a seminar aimed at helping the church engage post-modern culture. After months of extended dialogue with churches, denominational leaders, and advisors it became clear to the Taylor Board that Taylor was not meeting the educational needs of our constituency as fully as was needed or expected given the significant resources that have been invested at Taylor.
