What is the General Login System (GLS)?
The SBA General Login System (GLS) is the entry point for access to the SBA Computer Network and the Electronic Application. All users, whether SBA employees or the general public, must be registered with the GLS in order to access the Electronic Application. Applicants to the 8(a) and SDB programs must first register for an account with GLS prior to completing the electronic application.
