What is the Lookup AI tool?
The Lookup AI tool allows you to find the AI Number for a facility. If you do not know the AI number, you can look them up in our AI number database by clicking on the “Lookup AI” link. This will open the Agency Interest Search screen which allows you to search for AI numbers by name, alternate ID, physical or mailing address, type, state, region, parish/county, or municipality. After clicking on the “Run” button, you will either see a list of results or a message stating that your search did not return any results. If no results are returned, broaden your search by using partial search terms. For example, you might try entering only part of a company’s name. Alternatively, if your search returned too many results, try narrowing your search by adding additional criteria./n In the AI Search Results page, the AI numbers will be listed alphabetically by AI Name. Click on any of the column headings to re-sort the list of AIs; clicking a second time will reverse the order of the sort.
