What is the Shipping and Delivery Time?
The shipping time for ALL IN STOCK items is within 24-48 hours. If an order for an IN STOCK item is placed before 2 p.m. EST; The item will be shipped the same day. The Delivery time of ALL IN STOCK items depends on what shipping method you choose. We offer USPS Priority mail (3-5 business days) – Excluding Saturday; and USPS Express Air (Next Day Air) – Including Saturdays. The shipping and delivery time for ALL CUSTOM lace wig is within 4-6 weeks. During this timeframe, your custom lace wig order will be reviewed, approved, sent to our factory, and constructed – (Construction takes 3 weeks due to each wig being hanmade – A very time consuming process to ensure optimal quality). Upon completion of the custom lace unit, we will notify you via e-mail when wig us due to be shipped. You will be sent a tracking number upon shipment and you may view your package at www.usps.
