What is the Tax Information Slips online service?
The Tax Information Slips online service allows you to view and print copies of your Employment Insurance (EI) tax information slips T4E. This service gives you access to your current and previous years tax information slips, back to 2003. These copies can be submitted with your Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) tax return. You can also use the Tax Information Slips service to choose to stop receiving your tax slips by mail. If you change your mind, you can re-start mailing at any time.
