NBC Direct uses port 443 and ports 2200 to 2299. These specific ports must be open at all times in order for NBC Direct to work. If you need help opening ports on your computer, please consult the Microsoft website.

NBC Direct uses port 443. There is one other port that is assigned to you at installation. To look it up, please open C:\Program Files\OpenCase\OpenCase Media Agent\PandoBinaries\pando.ini file with a text editor (e.g. Notepad) and see the value for “Listen Port.
