What technology system resources do I need to take an online course at Murray State College?
If you are currently taking courses at the Murray State College, Tishomingo campus, you can use the available computer labs to connect to your course. Or, if you have a computer at home, you will need access to the Internet, (an Internet Browser, e.g. Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.), and an e-mail address which is provided by MSC. To access the Internet you will need some kind of dial-up account or service provider (AOL, Earthlink, SimplyNet, etc.). You will have the best experience if you have at least a 56 kbps-speed modem and the latest version of the Internet browser.
