What type of training and support do volunteers get?
Volunteers are given an orientation when they start and also receive training through mandatory workshops. Continuous support is given by the Educators as well as the Education, Recreation and Volunteer Coordinators. There is always an opportunity to debrief and have a snack at the end of the day in the volunteer office.
