If you don’t have a Demon Premier Connect Plus account, you will not be able to log on with the 0844 041 xxx number after 8am on weekdays. With this number your Internet access may be disconnected or the service may stop working without disconnecting your line. In both these cases, BT will charge you (at our Demon Premier Connect Plus rates) for your call. We will not be responsible for these costs. If our systems fail to bar you due to a problem at our end, we won’t charge you the Demon Premier Connect Plus subscription fee. However, the BT call charge described above will still apply.
