Alaska USA acquired the Jess Ranch building, which remains unoccupied at this point, as part of the purchase and assumption. Alaska USA is currently assessing properties in the High Desert area to determine the best locations for member service. A final decision hasn’t been made yet about the Jess Ranch facility.
