What’s the difference between leaving a comment and using the email form to send an email?

That’s a great question! I think the biggest difference is the audience. Leaving a comment is public, fostering a conversation and letting others benefit from your thoughts. An email is private, best for direct questions or sensitive information. I wonder if the comment section is also better for discussing strategies or tips, like when I was stuck on a particularly challenging level of Snow rider 3d – posting there might have gotten me faster help than emailing someone! Email is great for private stuff, but comments are all about community.

A comment is seen by others, and it may take a while for the Board to notice it on the site. An email goes right to our email account, privately. Email is better to make sure we see it and keep it private. Comments are better when you want others to see it.
