Whats the strange beeping noise from the back of my Audi A4?

Occasionally when I start my Audi A4 1.9tdi I can hear four loud beeps that sound like they’re coming from the boot area. I have no idea what’s causing them or where they’re coming from but it’s annoying me and I want to know what it means. I don’t have reversing sensors fitted so it’s not that.
