When a file is transferred on my disk, the PC indicates that the file is too big or it makes an error, then the transfer stops, why?

You disk is certainly formatted in FAT32, but the FAT32 does not manage files above 4GB. Format your disk in NTFS in order to allow the management of these big files. Note : You can format your external disk as you wish, But be careful, some multimedia disks as the SO SPEAKY does not support other formatting as the original. Please check this information in the corresponding FAQ (FAQ proper to the disk model) in this page. For example the multimedia part of the SO SPEAKY only supports disk in FAT32 format. And the FAT32 format from Windows does not support files above 32GB. If you have accidentally formatted the disk, please contact us (fill the form at the bottom of this page).
