SNFs may use either the Skilled Nursing Facility Advance Beneficiary Notice (SNFABN) or one of the five SNF denial letters which appear in the Beneficiary Notices Initiative (BNI). The web site address is: http://www.cms.gov/bni. The letters must be used in their entirety, without alteration.
