Where can I find the square cutter that Ina uses for the scones?
You can really use any size cutter for scones – square or round – that you like. However, if you would like to make triangle scones and you need the square one, I bought it from Bridge Kitchenware in New York City. The phone number is 212-688-4220. It’s a 3 1/4-inch fluted cutter but a straight one will work just as well.
