Where do I get an Oral Defense Arrangement Form or an Oral Defense Report Form?
Forms for the oral defense are available here. Exceptions are for the College of Education and School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (see list for contact person). TAD Services recommends getting the forms for oral defense from our website as the forms are guaranteed to be up-to-date and official. Old forms will not be accepted by TAD Services or the Registrar and may prevent your graduation. The Arrangement Form must be turned in to the college two weeks before the defense, not to TAD Services. We make the Arrangement form available as a service to students. The Report of Oral Defense must be turned into TAD Services.
