If you choose the online option, you will take the final exam for the California Real Estate Principles course online. Please note: You must be enrolled for a minimum of 18 days (DRE requirement) before you can take the test. If you choose the correspondence option, you may take the final exam for the California Real Estate Principles course in the presence of a proctor at any company office location. Your proctor can be anyone not related to you. There is a form in the student instruction’s package which must be filled out and sent to Allied Real Estate School. It informs you where to send the final exam. In order to get credit for the course, you must pass the open-book, 100-item multiple-choice exam with a score of 70% or higher.
