Where is the Best Bar Menu in Baltimore, Maryland?
The Midtown is a super little bar-restaurant that deserves much more notoriety than it currently enjoys. They pump Murphy’s Stout at the bar–one of the few establishments in North America that offer the Stout in that manner. Clipper City Golden Ale And Clipper City Pale Ale are also offered on tap.Their menu is ecclectic, beef and chicken on the top, Mexican on the bottom. Our recommendation is that you let your eyes caress the bottom half of the menu. Their way with Enchaladas, Toquinos, Burritos and Tacos is exceptional. Did I mention the service? Exceptional and caring.Highly recommendedPros + Beer on Tap, Service, Menu
Mothers is a fantastic place to meet people around the federal hill/downtown area. I enjoy going there not only for their happy hour specials (especially the tues 1/2 price burgers & the wed $1 shrimp orders!) but also for the Purple Patio pregaming parties before the Ravens play a home game! While it isn’t always the youngest crowd, some hotties are always lingering around 🙂 It’s especially good pickings on a BSSC gameday! The food is by no means 5star or the best i’ve ever had – but for bar food – it’s normal.Pros + lots of people tomeet, beer selectionCons – gets really crowded
