Where is the power windows circuit breaker on a 1983 280ZX?

I am not sure about the ’83 280zx, however on my ’82 280zx there was a circuit breaker located in the passenger kick panel. You should see two screws above the fuse box which will remove a black unit that has the circuit breaker bolted onto it.
