Where will I find the most authentic Buffalo Wing sauce recipe? Can you buy it readymade in the UK?
I am from BUFFALO, NY! First you need some Frank’s hot sauce, but heck that’s for hot. Oh heck, here are some links, including Anchor Bar where Buffalo Chicken Wings were “invented.” Dude, get the best blue cheese dressing you can, because you got to dip your wings in it, yes, even with the sauce on them…yum yum. I swear to you that I have never had good chicken wings outside of Western New York. Every place else the stuff they call Buffalo Chicken Wings, well, isn’t. But best to you, best of luck, and remember, we may not have won a Stanley cup or a Super Bowl, , we may have snow (well a few months or so a year), they may take away our NBA team, our manufacturing, and even our donut recipe (stolen by Krispy Kremes from Freddies Donuts on Main Sytreet long ago, and that’s true), but trhey can’t take away our wings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
