Staff is available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern Time. Visit the National Consumer Complaint Database to file an online Household Goods / Consumer Complaint Form. The U.S. DOT has also posted a Web site with answers to many questions related to moving from state to state — Frequently Asked Questions.
