A. Street Light Out: The time frame for repair of out streetlights can be anywhere from 5 days to more than 4 weeks depending on the area. Some areas are looked after by private contractors, some are done by Toronto Hydro etc. Transportation Services is trying to harmonize this process so that all areas receive the same response time. Initial calls should be directed to 416-395-4448. Sidewalk Repair: To receive information or help about repairing a city sidewalk, you can call 416 392-7737 ext.3 between the hours of 7am- 3pm.
