Magnetic Island Beachside Palms Holiday Units is owned by Trans-World Projects Pty. Limited. Directors of the Company are Beverley Fay Baychek and Frank Peter Baychek. Since 1979 the owners and managment have constantly improved the decor and facilities of the units and established a magnificent one acre palm garden and pool which is fastidiously maintained. When you arrive you are welcomed by Ms. Barbara Daly. The garden and pool are cared for by Mr. Murray Withers.
