Who trains the Scribe? Is it a separate training from the Examiners Training?

The Principal/Building Level Coordinator is responsible for training Scribes. The training does not need to be separate from the Examiner’s Training. A scribe must be a trained Examiner. (See West Virginia Board of Education Policy 2340, §§3.12 and 3.36.
