Project Oscar uses the home telephone, mobile and internet services from Astron. That means that you as the customer have an agreement with Astron. For all services their Terms and Conditions apply. You can find the Terms and Conditions in the chapter Plans and Prices. Also the invoices, the bill, will be sent from Astron.
