Why am I immediately being bounced out of MyCarleton right after I login?

There have been a few instances where upon loging in users were immediately bounced out of MyCarleton to the login page. We have found in every instance so far that it was occuring because of the browser type. There is a know issue with the Rogers/Yahoo browser that is installed with Rogers Internet.
