Why am I locked out of eBranch?
If you try to access eBranch and you use an incorrect password three times, you will be locked out of your account as a security measure. (We don’t want anyone to be able to gain access to your account by typing password after password.) Remember, your password is upper and lower case sensitive. When you call in we’ll reset your password to the last four digits of your Social Security number and we recommend you select a new PIN as soon as you log on.
