“The Lord of the Rings” has frequently been banned surrounded by Christian schools (and homes) as being anti-Christian or, at least, anti-religious. However, as the site below points out, it have strong and rather obvious Christian themes and subtexts. In this respect, it’s exceptionally much like the Harry Potter books.
