Why are my miles not credited into my KrisFlyer account, even though I have given my KrisFlyer Membership Number to the travel agent / at check-in?

There are a few reasons why the miles are not automatically credited into your account – – In cases where you change your flight date or flight time, and did not inform reservations or present your KrisFlyer Membership Card upon check-in, the miles will not be credited automatically to your account. -The name on your KrisFlyer Membership Card must be identical to that on your boarding pass and/or ticket/receipt. If there are any discrepancies, the miles will not be credited to your account. -Some Economy Class tickets are not mileage accruable. Please check with the airline or travel agent at the time of reservation whether your flight is eligible to earn miles.
