All sidewalks in residential areas citywide are plowed. Additionally, the City maintains sidewalks in the Central Business District. At the train station platforms, City-owned facilities, and main walking routes, sidewalks are plowed after a snow accumulation of four inches or more. Other than City facilities, sidewalks are not salted.
