Normally, you would take the value in kg-m and multiply it by 7.233 to get the measurement in ft-lb. For example, the Trueno is listed at 14.6 kg-m/5000 RPM in the Japanese version, so it should be listed at approximately 105.60 ft-lb/5000 RPM in the US version. Instead, the American version of the game lists it as 14.4 ft-lb/5200, which suggests that in localization process Sony simply multiplied the original 14.6 by 0.9863, which would be the conversion number for changing horsepower (PS) to horsepower (HP).
