Why can I hear any audio from the song sample links on the Backstage pages or the Profile pages?

The little triangles to the left of a song title in your list of Bookmarks and Pandora Backstage should play a short sample of each song. (Note: Songs with explicit content will not have a sample, which will be reflected by the lack of a triangular play icon to the left of the song name in Pandora Backstage.) If you click a triangular play icon, but do not hear any audio, try: &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp – Making sure you are using one of our supported platforms: Internet Explorer and Firefox for Windows (2000, XP, and Vista) and Safari and Firefox for Mac OS X (10.3+). &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp – Disabling any personal firewall or anti-virus programs you may have installed on your computer, or adding Pandora.com as an allowed site. &nbsp&nbsp&nbsp – Try installing or re-installing the Flash plug-in here. This will ensure you have the latest version, and help to rule out corrupted files.
