Why can I launch Word templates from the Office Policy Manual browser?
On rare occasions, Word XP automatically disables Office Policy Manual Word add-ins. When this happens, Word templates cannot be launched from the template browser. To resolve this problem, follow the given instructions: • Select the Help | About menu option in Word. • Click on the Disabled Items button. • Select Office Policy Manual add-ins and click Enable. • Close Microsoft Word. Now, try launching Word templates from the Office Policy Manual template browser.
