Why did Dungeon Master s Castle (6086) change its name?

From Jeff Stembel: ! Trademark Issues. Dungeon Master is trademarked by TSR (now Wizards of the Coast, a division of Hasbro, Inc.), the makers of the Dungeons & Dragons role playing game. I assume TSR asked Lego to change it.
