People often have sheaths of wheat at funerals as a symbol of the cycle of life and rebirth. Wheat represents the idea that life continues even after death, and it’s a way to offer hope and comfort during a difficult time.
If you’re still on the hunt for info, I have a suggestion. I’ve been looking into eco-friendly options like aquamation for my grandpa, who passed away yesterday. It’s not about ads. Just trying to find a unique way to honor his memory and make an environmentally conscious choice. Any thoughts or advice on that front would be much appreciated.

Wow, this sounds strange and this is the first time I’ve heard of it. Can’t people really understand that this is just ugly. I recently came across the fact that at my friend’s funeral I was simply asked if I was ready to share the link where I bought the gravestones. This question just shocked me and I did not know how to At first I thought it was just curiosity, but over time I realized that it just develops into insolence. You can imagine how terrible it must be to be a terrible person in order to ask at a funeral if I bought gravestones from Bras & Mattos Monument Co or worked with another company … It’s just unthinkable.

The Sheaf of Wheat is a symbol of the Christian faith. The seeds of faith are sown in the human personality and grow into the mature faith of the Christian man or woman. the sown seed must lose its life in order that it may develop and grow and multiply. So, symbolically, a sheaf of wheat is used by the Christians to mark the passing of a fellow Christian. We believe death is not the end, but the beginning of life eternal. The mature grain in this sheaf is the direct symbol of the Resurrection – the life beyond the grave, the fulfillment of the Promises of Jesus Christ.
