Why do the miles earned from other KrisFlyer partners take a longer time to be credited to my account?
The miles you earn when you use the services of our KrisFlyer partners need to be verified and authenticated by our partners first. With this additional check in place, it takes a longer time before the miles can be credited to your account. For our airline partners, it could take up to four weeks from the date of your flight for the miles to be credited. For all other non-air partners, please allow six to eight weeks for the miles to be credited to your account.
