Why is childbirth a painful experience for most women?
The most common information on childbirth given to a woman is that it’s a very painful and unpleasant experience. Childbirth is hardly a relaxing experience given the fact how a woman gives birth, but that doesn’t mean there are no ways of making it more pleasant. A painful and unpleasant birth experience mainly shows that women are unable to truly relax during childbirth. In most cases, a more pleasant birth experience is reported by women who decide to have a natural birth or give birth at home, in a familiar environment. A quick birth in unpleasant conditions where the main attention is not focused on the natural course of the birth, but the time schedule of employees, is an experience that can’t be compared with childbirth as it should be. The question is why Mother Nature would make the birth experience so unpleasant since it’s of vital importance to the existence of the human race.
