I don’t think he is playing mind games with you. But he may have a busy week this week and next would be better. I would be concerned if you made plans to meet and he cancels them, especially since the plans were made a week in advance.

I cannot read his mind and don’t know his schedule. Neither do you. However, IMHO people who play mind games are not good candidates for long term relationships. Trust is too important to discount.
