While the DISC and MBTI instruments are extremely useful tools for understanding personality types, each have their limitations. A skilled administrator will provide the careful explanation and instruction necessary to ensure that the DISC and/or MBTI instruments are not misused, abused or misinterpreted. Certified administrators are trained to interpret and explain assessment results, as well as provide guidance for the proper application of those results.
