Why some people drink beer and mess up there body?
You get a beer belly from consuming too many calories and not exercising enough… it doesn’t matter if your calories come from beer, wine, vodka, Smirnoff ice, Pepsi, chocolate, cheeseburgers, sandwiches, or freakin’ salad. Drinking beer is no worse than any of those things… in fact, beer has a lot of health benefits in moderation. I drink beer regularly and I don’t have a beer belly. If you’re asking why some people consume 8 or 10 cheap watered-down beers instead of half as many beers that taste good and will get you the same amount of drunk… good question.
